Refund & Cancellation Policy

1 Why No Refunds?

We offer digital products — practice tests, mock tests, audio files, answer keys, and study material. The moment you complete payment, full access is granted instantly to your account. Because the content cannot be "returned" once accessed, we do not provide refunds.

2 What This Covers

This no-refund policy applies to all packages sold on https://ieltsbymanpreet.com, including but not limited to:

• Reading + Listening packages
• Complete Mastery packages (all modules + mocks)
• Mock test bundles
• Any future packages, individual tests, or add-on services

3 No Refund Will Be Issued If

• You changed your mind after purchasing.
• You purchased the wrong package — please choose carefully.
• You did not use the package or only partially used it.
• You did not achieve your expected band score (predicted scores are indicative only).
• Your IELTS exam was cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by an external party.
• You no longer need the service for any personal reason.
• Your account was suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions.

4 Exceptional Cases — Duplicate Payments

The only exception is a verified duplicate payment caused by a technical error (e.g. you were charged twice for the same package). In such cases:

• You must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
• Email info@ieltsbymanpreet.com with your payment ID, order number, and proof of duplicate charge.
• If verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5 Cancellation

Since access is granted instantly upon successful payment, cancellation is not possible once a transaction is complete. Please review your selection carefully before proceeding to checkout.
